Delivery, Warranty and Returns

 

If you need support with your Sup product or need to return your item, please email hello@supdrinkware.com and our friendly team will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Charges:

Free delivery on all orders over £15, and £1.99 for orders under this amount. Orders should arrive within 2-3 working days.

All Sup products are covered with a limited lifetime warranty alongside a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

What is our 30-day satisfaction guarantee?

This means we want you to be happy with your new Sup purchase. We listen to customer feedback and we know that if you’re happy, then we’re happy.

Any unopened, pristine items can be returned in their original packaging within the first 30-days from delivery for any reason whatsoever. Change of mind, wrong colour, no longer thirsty – any reason you want.

If an item arrives with any defect, or a defect develops within the first 30-days, you’re covered by our 30-day no quibble guarantee.

What do we cover under warranty?

Our warranty covers any inherent product defects including insulation defects where your beverage isn’t being kept cold. We also guarantee against rust - as we use food grade 18/8 stainless steel in all of our products.

What don’t we cover under warranty?

Any commercial use; bars, pubs, restaurants, caterers, for example.

Chips, dents, coating damages or any other marks caused by the customer or improper use.

Any drinkware that has been placed in the freezer or dishwasher. Please hand wash only.

Any products that have been cleaned with milton or other sterilising fluid as this can affect the products.

General wear and tear.

Packaging damaged in transit.
